Vedic Meditation

Western Science tells us that stress is a physical, mental, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension. These stresses can be external (from the environment, psychological, or social situations) or internal (illness or from a medical procedure).

An inability to adapt to these stressors has been proven to lead to anxiety, depression, insomnia and many more depleting conditions, the only way the human body can recover from overloads of these stresses is by achieving deeper levels of rest.

Scientific Studies on meditators have shown that we are able to achieve a deeper level of rest during a 20 minute meditation session than at any given point in a restful nights sleep.*

Simply put, the practice of Vedic Meditation refreshes and energises the whole physiological system and gives one the ability to meet the demands of daily life in a more appropriate manner.

New meditators often report improved sleeping patterns, clearer thought processes, an increased sense of well being, waves of happiness and improved relationships.
