Vedic Meditation

Is a very simple and natural eyes closed technique which is practised for about twenty minutes, morning and evening.

Sitting easily and comfortably in a chair you are taught how to effortlessly take the mind beyond thinking. 

This effortless thinking leads the body into profound levels of rest which cannot be achieved even during sleep.  This profound rest rejuvenates the entire mind/body system and begins to eradicate the stress, anxiety & fatigue we have accumulated over a lifetime.

Meditators report feeling refreshed, energised, calmer and happier after meditating.
