The Tradition

Vedic Meditation originated from what is now India at least 5000 years ago from a body of knowledge known as, “The Veda”.

Veda literally means knowledge and has been passed down through an unbroken line of teachers from that time up to the present day.

You do not need to change your religion, philosophy or lifestyle in order to learn Vedic Meditation. It requires no specific belief or faith and you don’t have to believe in it to derive its benefits. Even if you don’t believe in it, it still works.
